House buying... continued!

Well we got a call from our realtor today.. the guy counter offered again... this is the offer now where we would not go any higher, he would have to help pay half the closing costs or we would not take it! We may have a house at the end of oct!!!! [img]smile.gif[/img]
We are going to walk through it again on monday evening and I am bringing my parents with.. my father is good at inspecting things we would never think of, and knows exactly things to look for, etc.... so well see! [img]smile.gif[/img] I better keep saving my pennies! HAHA!!!! [img]smile.gif[/img]

Did this counter offer state that he would pay 1/2 the closing costs? Is it a good counter offer?

Glad things are going so well!

We went house shopping today and did not have much luck. The one house we really were interested in sold this week.
